Hi, I'm Kara!
Congratulations on making it to senior year! I'm a Michigan-based photographer and U of M grad who has been photographing college grads and high school seniors for 9 years. I would be so honored to capture this monumental time in your life. Grad photos are a celebration of YOU and everything you've accomplished. I strive to make every grad feel comfortable, confident and celebrated. I can't wait to work with you!

FAQs
How does the booking process work?
Once you fill out my inquiry form here, I will get back to you with my availability and answer any other questions you may have. In order to officially reserve your date, I require a 50% deposit and a signed contract. This is completed all via my portal on HoneyBook and is designed to be a seamless experience for you! From there, I will be in touch via email and text in the days leading up to your session to confirm weather and any last minute details.
Can my friend/parent/S.O. come?
You are welcome to invite your friend/family member/S.O. into a couple of shots during your individual session. Just remember that your total time booked will remain the same, so this will take away from the number of individual photos you receive. I will only take individual photos of you.
What if it rains on my scheduled date?
I always wait until the night before or even the day of to reschedule sessions, as Michigan weather in April is so unpredictable. Should we need to cancel your session, I will reach out to you via text/phone call. I always make sure I have openings in my schedule reserved especially for rain dates. We will work together to find another time that works for you!
Where should we take photos on campus?
Popular locations include: Law Quad, Big House Gates, Ross, other academic buildings, and the Union. I am happy to visit other locations on campus though! As long as it can fit into your scheduled amount of time, I am game!
What if I want something other than what is listed in your packages?
I am always happy to customize packages depending on your preferences. For example, if you would like to shoot at 3 different locations, we can customize a package for this! I want to help you create the grad session you've always hoped for. :)
Can I get my photos taken inside of the Big House?
If you are interested in photos actually inside the stadium rather than just at the gates, you have to make a prior reservation with Michigan Facilities here. If interested in this, please contact me PRIOR to booking with Michigan Facilities!
